@Raul SortoSalute to you sir on the credit and hustle of flipping cars I too used to buy at auctions and fix and sell myself but unfortunately got burned and will be starting back in January.Even though I’m only 23 and no deals under my belt yet I like this post and want to participate1) I would skip going to college avoid debt(may be a lot who disagree but this would be for me personally) and apply for decent W-2 job To gain access to get loans easier and continue to flip cars (at least make 3k after taxes and expenses)2) DONT BUY brand new BMW at 19 and Lots of burberry and ferragamo clothes lol- instead save capital3) Fix credit 4) Read several books about investing, sales, etc (start with rich dad poor dad)5) Find mentor and also REI team6) Once ready with team to pull the trigger on REI start with house hacking or BRRRR All the above info is dead on.

i broke it down by tony robbins advice in his book Money Master the Game:$4k a month for financial security - meaning i basically live for free with everything covered$5k a month for independence - meaning everythings covered and i can go out to eat every night and buy new clothes every month$11k a month for financial freedom - meaning all that and i own a Porsche and a crib in the hamptons$21k a month for absolute financial freedom - meaning all that, plus a tesla, another big house in california and i have $3k a month to travel

In order for a college degree to be the best in the options listed, you would have to be able to attain a low cost degree but once which you graduate, stay in the field you studied and be paid enough to pay back the loans you have with enough left for cost of living (home, food, clothes, transportation, etc.) + money left for saving and investing.
