If you owned a storefront business would you let some one walk in and soil your carpets?

Pick a neutral medium-toned carpet that doesn't show the soiling too much and can be steam-cleaned and shampooed with the next turnover.

Not an expert on Texas but my understanding especially with commercial is older type retail centers that are many decades  old used construction techniques and materials that can have foundation issues.The newer properties are engineered in such a way to adjust to soil movement without having huge foundation issues like properties of the past.Everyone needs to check on their own but this is just what I have seen with newer commercial builds in Texas from the purchases.In regards to syndication there are instances where it makes sense.

Its very spotty on whether or not the test comes back positive or negative - two neighbors can have completely different radon levels depending on the soil composition and such things as how well insulated (tightly sealed) the home is. 

I know Belmar, Sandy Hook , and Point pleasant,  Bradley Beach I heard of but don't know.

Sandy should be a good area for finding roommates.
