Brings back too many memories, makes me wonder why I am getting back into the rental business, lol.

I have a vague memory of looking this up for someone, and found some in the back of the state landlord-tenant handbook online....I'll see if I can find it again.

Memories are short.Just my suggestions. 

If there is anything on the report, it dates from 4 years ago (I have a vague memory of having to get a similar sounding thing cleared from our credit reports as a mistake) and it did not bother her when she wanted us to sign.  

Time will pass and eventually this will a forgotten memory.

Yeah,you really can't do big rehab jobs like reroofing with tenants occupying the property.I would definitely give them notice to move in 30 days and tell them when the property will be available again and what the new higher rent will be.Doubtful they will apply to return the property with the higher rent and you will be able to screen newer and better tenants.You should also repaint,carpeting,tile the kitchen,new appliances( Memorial Day Sales!)

Try getting someone at this odd day and hour.My mother in law had a rental, went away one year on Memorial Day, told her tenants to call us if any problems.

It's always nice when someone refreshes our memory on things we should be keeping on our minds.
