Occasionally I meet good 'ole boys who are anti-women and I meet some guys from other countries where culturally being a woman means you are assumed submissive, but for the most part the guys love the girls.

Finally Tim Wrenn wrote saying the girl I had been working with had been inundated with business and he was trying to help her out...he wanted to know if I was still interested.

Now it works for some people, I think in one of BP podcast Andressa ( a Brazilian girl) said that's how she started and now she is killing it. ( I think she paid 50k. for a mentor) In my opinion, I will 100% Recommend continue hearing the BP Podcast, go to the local BP meetings and expose yourself more likely you will definitely find a friend or guide that will work as mentorship. My friend gave me rent money of 800 for he and his girl and I would give that to my aunt.

I talked with several of them:- One guy was curious how much rent costs and could he dig expired canned food out of our dumpster- One girl keeps coming back looking for a previous tenant who was arrested + evicted right before I closed on this place - I got startled when she was looking in my window at 6:30 am this morning!

I think I shot myself in the foot on that one.If he is only visiting 10 to 15 days per month and you are losing $15 for water and the tenant is nice and pays on time you could still ask for $30 to $50 per month, but maybe the girl is getting some hot sex and she expects it to die out soon and doesn't want her friend to keep coming over.
