Specifically i the MF sector, there are houses near me that sold for 450k 2 years ago and are literally selling for a Million plus.

To my surprise, local banks are a bit disinterested in the Hospitality sector right now.  

Job growth in Healthcare, Warehousing, Manufacturing, and Service Sector have fueled this change.

LOL.. also it just shows how regional all this stuff is.. it really is.. and this being national to semi world wide site.. everyone posts about their little corner or market and its the experience they have in that market..

(I do invest in publicly-traded global real estate securities, however, because the fund manager deals with the political risk issues and only a small portion of my money is at risk in this sector.)If something happened in the past, it could happen again.
