Big-league lenders have also started to seek profits in the flip-loan marketplace, with global investment firm KKR & Co.

If they lose we may see systemic failure of our entire banking system and the fallout will take-out the entire global economy...

Are any of these areas desirable (i.e. low crime & econically vibrant)?

I have worked with a global developer in the past, and would certainly not do it again.

The way of the world is consolidation and globalization.

At some point the US economy/ government debt will need to correct itself also... which will impact global economies.
