I can put down kitty litter to soak up the majority on top then scrub it with purple grease cleaner and finally power wash it.

My first rehab was a nightmare, leaky roof, termite damage, full gut in kitchen and both baths, rats in the attic with urine soaked insulation, new hvac, 4 - 40' tall trees to remove, a burst in the main line, not to mention roaches running up my arm.

These may be problems with my older generation units.Parts of my units are to be removed, with the power disconnected, and cleaned by soaking in a solution for a period of time--Our HVAC company does annual maintenance but not what is specified on the owners manual.
