I'd amend your lease to specifically state you are not responsible for damage to their vehicles, assuming such a clause is permissible in your state.

Many, many leases will exclude subleasing without permission.

Hopefully the people that are entering the property have legal permission to enter based on your lease or she gave them access herself. 

I do believe that provisions can be added into a contract for a loan that allows them to do this you'll want to check your paperwork to see if what you signed also gave them permission moving forward.
