The only thing peripherally I can think of is most investment loans want an LLC on title, and a lender won't want you transferring an investment residence owned by an LLC into personal ownership by you.

Still, I want to work toward creating more passive income, but my point is now that I understand that vision a little more I'm not putting off the principle within that vision.

But with time, consistency and vision it canemerge into something new and beautiful.

My real concern is not getting tunnel vision on how and where I can get free or cheap information.

But if your vision is long term this will work..

This forms a new belief in yourself when you can SEE yourself accomplishing what you want.Then take that vision, put it up on a wall and see it every single day.

Visions of 10% and 20% and higher and higher are the things of early markets and they ride on the backs of unicorns.  6.8% ROE at this point in the cycle without factoring in depreciation and appreciation is actually pretty good.

Building a back end: Big IRA accounts as a reserve Owning stocks in a brokerage to collateral or can cash outOwning cash flowing property with strong equity positions and cash flow to collateralOwning crypto (long term vision) to eventually sell for more and transfer profits into more real estate. 

My biggest hang up is developing the big picture and creating small actionable steps that work towards that vision.
