I have not outsourced my property management, but in listening to the experiences of others, I know of very few very few investors who are satisfied with the quality and value they are receiving.On the other hand, many investors don't have the time or inclination to manage their properties themselves.Isn't there a middle ground?

Investor Nation is not a true turnkey company as they do sell a fully renovated home but they are not doing the renovations and they refer you to an outsourced management company.

Well, considering 8% fees on one of my rentals costs $1,440/yr and I get an average of 1 late night phone call/yr per rental, that's a call I'm happy to answer.I think the whole picture changes when you've got 20 or more different units -- definitely time to outsource for help.

They outsource to India and there call service people will have no idea what you are talking about.Assuming you did buy the note, you can't just take over the property because you have a loan.
