Something I didn't see anyone say but you can build your own risers and treads with hardwood flooring.

We are putting in a new kitchen, refinishing the hardwood floors, paint the entire first floor, and we are finishing the basement and adding a Rec.

The property just need minor cosmetic fix like paint, make the hardwood floors shine again, kitchen drawers missing and garage gutters fix.
