If anything, a judge may not allow it if challenged.Too often people allow easy dollars to cloud their better judgment.For sure, I would see how many complaints have been filed against this company.

Perhaps not, as I am guessing the buyer might want to record the Contract for Deed to cloud the title and to have better proof of equitable interest, so it's easier for him or her to refinance down the road and pay off the seller.

A guy dies and goes to heaven and get up there looking around and sees all the happy people riding on clouds and leasuirly walking streets of gold and all of them was so happy and so well fed and just so healthy looking and everyone was so contented and seemingly helpful.

As to your costs, I would much rather lose 150 bucks as opposed to holding clouded title to a valueless property.
