Perhaps not, as I am guessing the buyer might want to record the Contract for Deed to cloud the title and to have better proof of equitable interest, so it's easier for him or her to refinance down the road and pay off the seller.

A guy dies and goes to heaven and get up there looking around and sees all the happy people riding on clouds and leasuirly walking streets of gold and all of them was so happy and so well fed and just so healthy looking and everyone was so contented and seemingly helpful.

You can back everything up to i cloud or whatever cloud service you have.

Unfortunately, as many of the posts on this forum suggest, the field has become so clouded with scammers it's tough for anyone to separate the good from the bad – lender and borrower.

@Derek Gendig  I use Propertyware as well and fully agree that it's an excellent, decent valued cloud software with varied property management abilities.

As to your costs, I would much rather lose 150 bucks as opposed to holding clouded title to a valueless property.
