Also almost 99% of the notes out there say the borrower has to be current for the past 12 or some 24 months- this one they are many months behind and late.Other note:No listing agent is going to give interested parties copies of a seller's note and the riders because of privacy issues.

PGE went up by ~25% in the winter/fall, not much in the summer/spring.Nurses like privacy (private entrance), quiet, utilities included (inc internet) and blackout curtains because most of them work the night shift.

If your HOA or county law allows it, and the tenants don't mind (I mean owner in a camper van in the backyard, that's not appealing to renters and they likely will not want to pay market value for less privacy), it's an idea, but why not just live with family during that time and skip the camper van altogether?
