My observation with your work and family is that you probably don't have a lot of time to also then be spending overseeing or managing properties or property managers.

I don't have a reason.I did learn that another property was up for a mortgage foreclosure the same morning, so I researched it really quick and then went just to observe. 

Unless it's families or friends visiting Tech students or coming for Tech events, most guests seem to want to be in a neighborhood that they would want to live in themselves, so I am observing a shift from the party houses to more of the quieter/nicer neighborhoods where a family or group of coworkers could stay just the same and have an exceptional experience.

Identify a strategy, choose a market that aligns with it, and establish your Core 4.The main challenge I observed is that individuals often lack a clear end goal or strategy, or they select a market that doesn't align with it.Your real estate agent, who plays a key role in uncovering good deals is likely to have some great connections with local property managers, contractors, and lenders.
