My passion is music and engineering but well, OK, never turned a dime on either one but what I’ve learned from the people in my life who have their financial freedom (my father, aunt, former bosses) is that they didn’t do it alone.

Just like my music collection.

I think that they mirror as parallel’s with different dynamics (eg OKC has a pro sports team, tulsa has tons of  arts and music) but I also feel like they both have a ceiling of expectation.

This company has a great reputation in the music, festival, event industry as a popup hotel, and has made a home for itself right outside of Denver.

He makes it fun, but on his terms, by having a weekly pizza night, music night; takes them on tours, etc.

I am more of a conservative because i used to use the "Chuck in a Truck" but when I saw what the law did to other people that unknowingly got stuck in the middle of some serious legal issues with this and how it destroyed all that they were building for them and their family I decided it was not worth it.Again just my personal opinion but something I would think long and hard because when the music stops it could be a rough landing.

CA had just come out with the all inclusive Deed of trust which is az great instrument to protect the parties..

However, there is a healthy amount of building going on as well nfor the foreseeable 1 to 2 years.Desert Hot Springs in particular with the pot farms, Palm Springs with it's booming short term rentals, and Indio and La Quinta with the yearly Coachella Fest musical events.

Finding the strategy that I understood the best and felt the most comfortable with was instrumental in getting started.
