Louis is a large metro area and extremely diverse in terms of real estate.

Is the economy diverse?

I would want to see a diverse economy in a market I am invested in with lots of job opportunities.

The diversity of culture here is incredible and that's one of the greatest things that people are interested in about SD (can't forget about the Padres).

It is extremely diverse so understanding the demographics of areas and flows is extremely important IMO. 

There is some good protection here.Also, the economy of NYC is very diverse and I would say its safe to say that it will be a high demand city for many years to come.  

Because we are working for some of the largest ownership groups and publicly traded companies in the country, I know that these decisions are approved by a diverse group of minds.

These are mid-sized towns but growing, started with the college but are growing in diversity of industry.
