Well - that was a breath of fresh air.

Since this is a duplex, I could try it as a STR and still have the long-term rental income, which would brea the building even.  

The breath of different real estate investors are astounding, and I have seen many a newbie who sat back and just posted on BP finally get the inspiration and courage to start after attending their first Summit.

I am a luxury agent in Boulder, CO so I basically live, eat and breathe the business.

Don't forget to breathe and take breaks.

You don't want to breathe ozone at high concentration as it'll irritate your throat and nose, but it isn't "poisonous" per se.
