Again, I don't do any marketing, but when people find my online content they know I'm the realest deal that has ever existed and they just can't resist being part of it ;) ;) ;) There are many different approaches to digital content production but not participating in social exposure of any kind is a mistake....unless you thing this internet fad is going to go away or slow down?

I can't resist a deal.

I was resistant to having a partner for a long time, until I learned 2 important things:1.

The number one mistake was most overpriced their property and created a big resistance factor at the start.

I'm in a very similar boat and it's hard to resist the urge to get my first deal under my belt when the numbers really don't work out.  

Most good tenants are eager to please their landlord than being resistant.
