It's called outsourcing, and it happens every day, in every industry.While I wouldn't handle it the way it was handled myself, there was certainly nothing wrong with the strategy, only the execution of it by the wholesaler you worked with.Rather than continuing to rehash the problem, I think that's an effective solution for you going forward.
