I understand the importance of examining negative thought patterns and beliefs and hope that no one is offended or put off by this I feel that I am struggling to overcome a part mental part real problem, and hope that it is clear that I don't want to come across as saying I think all real-estate people are crooks etc.

I say, work with the 50%+ you already get from all of us, start spending more wisely, get rid of the waste, get rid of the beaurocrats, and stop taxes us beyond belief.

It's threads like this that really hammer home my belief that some people would be better off working at a mall kiosk instead of pretending to be a real estate "investor"...
