Perhaps your wife's family is a exception however.As for whether or not a millionaire is rich or middle class, I think even a qualified purchaser in a primary city would be hard pressed to call herself rich.

I'm still primarily considering OOS, but am now looking at some areas that have higher entry price points and where a newer investor might be hard pressed to achieve the 1% rule.

Everyone will post about these clauses because they have done research and are aware of them, but in practice you will be hard pressed to find someone it's happened to.

And much of this situation is due to illiteracy in understanding financial & legal proceedings on the part of the disenfranchiesed, for pressing for changes in court actions.
