Sorry mate and no disrespect intended, but this smacks of just so much cronyism.Parallel problem with a Property Manager being required to hold or work under the direction of a Broker, as if they are the only ones on the earth with fiduciary capacity.

I totally agree with you too on having a realtor being brave enough to tell you the bad news as well as a "Come to jesus meeting." hehe As much emotion that gets involved with sellers and their homes i think its important for a realtor to be able to bring the seller backdown to earth and give it straight to be able to sell the house.
