I don't know about Minneapolis, but you don't need to confine yourself to that area.

Something to consider, just keep raising the rent within the confines of the rental code and see how it plays out.

I like being able to control the application, and I didn't prefer the layout of the zillow or cozy applications as they weren't thorough enough in my opinion.
