Although I would caution that with the current economical news and grey clouds looming, I think the Toronto condo market is higher risk.

I like Dropbox for keeping the various documents from each property in the cloud and accessible from anywhere.

If you use the phone App for purchases, you can take a picture of the receipt and it gets stored in the "cloud" right with the QB transaction for future reference.   

I am a HUGE fan of Buildium -- Have used it for 5 years, manage 4 units with it, feel I could teach anyone to use the software, love the cloud capabilities and know as I grow it will be no problem to continue to manage additional units.
