This small home is in a community which offers golf (our home is on the 18th green), softball, pickle Ball, and about 50 other sports.

All his sports goods are stored under the stair room.

Unless you have 'some' direction on these its hard to get right.That being said some of the trades guys dont like doing grunt work,,,like rewiring an old plaster walled house that sported knob and tube crappy overloaded...looking for a place and time to burn.Electrician (licensed) says you drill holes and pull wire in, label everything, it doesnt take a rocket scientist to pull wire in place. 

If I'm sounding negative, here are some positive aspects:  the climate is great, access to outdoors/sports is excellent, and the city isn't sprawling.  

Another project aims to develop an eco-tourism project (hotels, biking/horseback trails, shore-based sports and exploration) on about 135 acres.

We have nice schools, private parks, our youth sports leagues are ran via the City or Spun-off non-profit the City sends a check to.

That's why we have examples of folks with little or no education reaching society's pinnacle.

If you enjoy a Prius get a Prius if you want a sports car get a sports car, a luxury car get a luxury car, a minivan get a minivan, etc. 

The others, internet is good, but the cable didn't cost much when packaged with internet and a landline (all houses have sketchy cell service), and I want to provide access to live events like sports.  

So many people on here ***** about the government getting in their way when it comes to RE.... but when the government actually removes restrictions and it negatively effects them directly.... by blocking their ocean view.... then they want to ***** about that also.And the Buffs suck and CC is going to roll over them on every level...at every sport.... this year....
