I've helped another Canadian investor buy a house here in Orlando and set them up with a company to help him with the rehab and to sell the house once it is finished.

Canadian Revenue tax returns are not that similar to US, you need someone who has closed hundreds of Canadians. 

We found a lending institution that lends money to Canadians for U.S. real estate.

Yes me being Canadian I know how important structure is as you need that first before you can start investing.

Some Content targeted at Canadians as well would be ideal.

I would appreciate answers from all but wonder if there are any Canadian experience that anyone can share.
