Ironically enough, I work for Wells Fargo in the foreclosure department and am around bankers all day – I don’t want to talk with them on the phone too, haha.I have some good connections here at the bank and a TON of motivation which is helping my marketing campaign go very well.

Everything in the house that was plastic had to be replaced.I realize that this thread discusses the damage to structure not contents but think of all the plastic items inside a house.The irony to my friend's story is the fire department was literally across the parking lot (less than a 9 iron away).

Thanks to BP I am aware of the importance of that and am trying to change that but getting folks to work on a 90 year old building is tough.For maintenance it is also nice to know if the water lines are copper or galvanized, if sewer is new or cast iron, if wiring is romex or rod and knob, if you have fuses or breakers etc.
