A lot of your chances has to do with if your case is heard early in the day or you are the last ones out.Toward the end of the day the judge's ability to hear BS or other crap has grown a very short fuse.

It is challenging enough being a landlord, you don't want to have to deal with grown adults arguing over parking.Personally I would rather not inherit tenants, but as a new investor I could see wanting to have money coming in (hopefully) from day 1.Awkward unit setups are tough to deal with as well.

There is not a motivation to move beyond spending money as soon as it appears, that is the culture they have grown up in.I've had applicants scream at me when I've declined them because they don't meet my income criteria.
