A tear down building on the east side is at least $100 to $150k, cost of demo and site prep maybe $20k.

It seemed like demo took forever, then when everything was ready for building/finishing, it went super quick.

I had a client whose contractor had 1/3 deposits on 3 different jobs for over $50k and he made excuses and excuses and all the guy ended up doing before flaking was demo (and cause damage) to all 3 properties.

I did the remediation demo myself legally and then hired a cabinet builder to redo the boxes, I was able to save the facing and all but one kick panel on the cabinets but I ruined the counter tops and had to replace them, ended up spending nearly 5k with the plumbing bypass and cabinet work.
