I think you'd be hard pressed to find a better, more genuine community. 

Showing a genuine interest in who they are and attending to their needs (versus wants) also is important.

Finding good and genuine private lenders in this business is one of the hardest things to do... no one in the real world will ever trust you with their money until a track record is proved and a meeting in person is set up...

A genuine conversation between the buyer and the RE agent may save a relationship and get the buyer the home of their dreams. but...... after that...........If the RE agent is not willing to submit the offers at the buyer request, friend/family it is  time to part ways and find the agent that has your friends best interest in mind.

This, of course, received a genuine laugh from pretty much every student in the class. 

Lastly, I’m scared to do postcards because I feel like the potential seller will throw it away quicker than a letter.I want to save time and send out more letters that look as genuine as possible.
