@John Fulton Its been said that all Real Estate is local, with hat being said I think the answer to this question is based on where you are geographically as cost is a major consideration, your current finances and your long term goals.

I went to University of Phoenix, which is primarily known for being an online school and not exactly a school people are rocking sweatshirts or hats of.

I also put on my title agent hat and make sure ownership and prior transfers check out before I send it to an escrow agent.
