But they are hard working determined business women and they pay rent on time.   

If you feel that generous, you should give it to people that are starving to death in Africa or a battered-women's shelter instead of a tenant that wants a nicer house than they can actually afford.

Not great for MHP options.However, at some point, I think it would be interesting to own a MHP and to try to empower the residents.
