Hello everyone,  I am new to real estate investing and have chosen to focus on wholesaling homes, and later on getting some rental properties under my belt.

I have chosen to not touch the less obvious ones.

Thus I'm turning my focus into these three specific cities: Wichita KS, Dallas and Austin.The main reason why I have chosen those three is that I have spent quite some time in these three area and have some knowledge and possible partners.

Being that I'm now providing for a family, I've chosen to take things more into my own hands and make sure they are never in a situation where they are left wanting for anything.
