It’s good to take the chips off the table from time to time.

I figured I would chip in on this topic since I have a job I really enjoy. 

., boy isn't that the truth, difficult to stop making money once you start, kinda like not being able to eat that one ruffles potato chip once you start you cannot stop!  

Foreign nationals will purchase property in order to hold their money in a blue chip investment.  

So we started chipping away at every obstacle.It took about 6 months but we did end up overcoming all of it.

You pick up a bag a chips.

Not in general, but it was down so much it was a no brainer, I bought a lot of Simon Property Group, Store Capital, Realty Income, and Federal Realty Trust back in March and the beginning of April. 3 of them are The blue-chips of retail REITs.
