Allure floors do not breathe, so if water comes up through the concrete pad, you can have a mold farm on your hands.

As of right now, I want to start off wholesaling, but I'm interested in all aspects of the investing profession.This site is such a breathe of fresh air.

Reading your post is certainly a breath of fresh air after coming to realize how tight cash flow opportunities actually are in this city.

This has allowed them to have some breathing room and to get more financially stable.

Real estate to me is a living breathing thing and ever evolving therefore you have to evolve with it.

Breathe easier, and fresher air.

All that you can do is honor their wishes, but sometimes if you take a deep breath and listen to them vent, they will give you great information.

I get exactly the opposite...I meet folks every day who want to get into real estate investing...they want to go with me to foreclosure sales...learn the ropes...you need to find others who want to live and breathe real estate investing !

Though I'm not holding my breath that they will catch up on rent anytime soon.I did actively work to get them out using various legal techniques.
