I read your posts about getting an inspection on the home prior to closing.When working with an accountant, you want to discuss costs that you incurred prior to closing such as appraisals, inspections, survey's as they will be eligible to be added to your basis when depreciating the property.Best of luck to you in your search for an accountant.
