But here in southeast FL our markets are similar.

I like some of midwest and most of southeast, because they are landlord friendly. 

I've heard good things about Brownsburg (north-west) as well as Anderson (south-east) - with other suburbs outside of the 465 loop picking up traction, venturing outside of Indy is absolutely something to consider. 

Anybody in the South East portion of the US that would let a beginner shadow them for a couple days?

Can anyone recommend an investor friendly real estate attorney and title agency in southeast Michigan?

I've been really looking hard at outer southeast like Woodstock area and Milwaukie oddly enough, just not sure yet and seeking input

But the 2 areas i would shy away from are those few properties south east of 2nd St (directly across from the gorge).

The areas south east and west are all a lot more good than bad and getting more expensive by the month.
