I have heard a lot about the Ohio City/Treemont area being the next up, I saw you mentioned it as well in the guide you shared with me, has that ship sailed or is it still in the rebuild process? 

I asked what would happen if I had to demolish the building and they replied that I'd have to decide whether to rebuild, or sell the vacant land.

One consistent piece is, like yours, the flippers I know that do it are doing major renovations (basically to shell and rebuild) so it takes them over 12 months, too.
