@Matthew Irish-Jones Not sure how friendly but the family coexisted with whomever she was(they had a psychic come in and was told it was a she) for years before moving out.

Tenants come from different life situations sometimes creating a culture of mediocrity.

That culture was visible years before covid and predictable.

But in mind that this has created a culture where my tenant is $1200 behind in rent and they are making an additional $618 in fees.

The older more "mature" cultures, regardless of their world status, you forget they don't have the "coddle" culture either.

I like @Sean McDonnell's advice, and would add that what I like about Keller Williams is the culture.
