I'm just looking for fish hooks that may be pertinent in the USA as I am a kiwi so not always au fait with some of the differences in the USA.

It was not until I began managing commercial fishing crews in Alaska and overseeing commercial and multifamily development projects that I began to understand the bigger risks, challenges, and rewards (bigger pockets indeed) associated with managing and executing investments and projects on both land and sea.   

They also have monthly get togethers in Saint Augustine for breakfast and another for lunch at Whiteys Fish Camp in Orange Park.

I am an investor originally from Northwest Ohio but have spent the last 10 years travelling the Mountain West working as a Park Ranger and Endangered Fish Field Technician.

Landlords, probate and divorce are all good too but time intensive to track down/research or expensive to buy.What I like is fishing where less people fish.

We don't want to just give them money from our flips, instead we want to 'teach them to fish', so to speak.  

I'm usually just fishing for a counter offer.
