Not saying that happened (unlike the approach taken by Mat), but the whole ordeal seemed ultra shady.And that's not mentioning anything about the shady arrangement you have with your local title company or the tactics allegedly employed by your various agents. 

I'll bet if you pulled the two cases in the Disciplinary Sanctions on Record section you'd get some good stuff.I think the more serious issue for him will be the securities fraud allegations, as opposed to any TV claims/issues.

Since I originally started with HomeVestors the "We Buy Ugly Houses" guys in Cleveland in 2012, and just expanded to Chicago area last year I was unfamiliar with the class action lawsuit against that chemical plant and the people who developed (allegedly) brain cancer in that area.Anyone have any more info on this or done a deal in that area?

It also affords me the opportunity to insist on conservation and make the adjustments necessary for conservation.Seems you would be inviting a monthly problem by splitting it your way- Each tenant would be alleging the other is using more then their share.

I recently listened to a podcast by Vincent Polici where he played a recording between Tom and a student who questioned Tom in allegations to mail fraud, misrepresentation and other crimes.
