I also live in Brooklyn and this will be my first out of state commercial investment.

@James Colgan hey James In in the Queens/Brooklyn area in NY.

I don’t see areas like Camden NJ, Philly or Brooklyn on the list. 

I was hoping that this area would attract higher quality tenants, and figured it would be a good place to start at even if higher property costs or taxes, although this wouldn't necessarily have better "numbers" compared to more affordable homes ie Parma or Brooklyn
