I'm also a licensed Realtor, and would prefer wholesalers be required to have a license for competitive reasons, but there's absolutely nothing illegal or unethical about wholesaling without a license in Texas, nor is it brokering since wholesalers take equitable title.In my experience, the big 2 have the worst reputation ethics wise, and ironically they're the ones who are licensed.
