What did I find - the roof had been leaking and the drywall in the ceiling of the master bedroom and den had been soaked through and the house smelled damp (apart from other minor things like the dishwasher and microwave were missing, there was a chip on the floor, the front door didn't close properly because of the rain, etc).

., they flippped my entire furniture throw away my expensive items in patio, pulled all cables wires water everywhere laptops other media tv stand destroyed...filthy water in our closets cloths soaking wet....kitchen groceries ruined, family of 5...its terrible .....how can i file law suit.....?

Also, I agree hiring a lawyer to handle a portfolio tax exemption might be cost prohibitive on such a small amount of capital (the lawyer fees might soak up all the yearly profit).
