The silos or cells within a series LLC offer the same protection as having an individual LLC instead, so the management, tax reporting, etc is all simplified and cheaper.So if I have an MHP and want a management LLC, a POH LLC, a real property LLC, etc, I can use my management LLC as a traditional one and a series LLC for the two Park entities to protect all 3 under this model with the same legal rigor as someone with 3 traditional LLC's.  

I opted to do my first turnkey investing in Jacksonville since I live in Florida and it simplifies things for tax purposes being that Florida doesn't have State taxes.

I can simplify my results even more for you... what works best for me is any property I can buy at under $75,000 that rents for over $1,000 a month.  

(simplified, assuming no FX issues) US: $50K investment, 10% return = $5k/year vs.

The transaction is simplified by eliminating a third party lender and the buyer is provided additional leverage to reinvest into the property or elsewhere. 

The closer to the street you get with a loan sale the more simplified the contract has become.  

I dislike those things, although they simplify behind-the-wall plumbing.So it's pretty damned bare-bones to my eye given how much you obviously spent on the tub+surround and especially the shower+surround kits.
