I'm with Dawn - I'm all for innovative ideas, but there is no way you would save yourself time/headaches/money by putting up hardie board (or anything similar).  

So I understand the fed has interest in keeping the interest rates low because of the national debt, so what would be possible catalysts for the rates to go up?

Lot of software companies moving in Parmer Innovation center.

From what I’ve read and listened to, corporate debt will be the catalyst to this upcoming recession.

However unfathomable innovation is happening in Silicon Valley and you need top talent to make that happen & top talent commands top pay hence the crazy real estate.  

There's so many catalysts for population and job growth (Intel, Honda, Amazon, Nationwide Hospital, etc).

The baby I give 2 stars for it's innovation and playing a part of disruption of the current real estate paradigm.

People in Ghana doesn't care about global warming, it could be specific industrial country ideology problem only.I am ten times more worried whether my car in San Francisco would be hijacked or my Prius catalyst converter is being stolen while nobody calling 911 anymore --rather than worrying Tampa FL residential housing is flooded with sea level rise.

This last sentence is the most important as it is the catalyst for me to get into REI.Lucky for me I will be able to keep my current house and also pull out some cash to get started into the game.
