I have been married for 32 years and if my wife (a very frugal person) had not been saving money from her work (she is a computer programmer) for about 25 years we would be in high water when I had a brain anuerism a little over 6 years ago and I have been unable to work the whole time and I still cannot walk yet.We have a daughter who is 20 years old and going to the University of Arkansas and it costs $6,000 a semester just for intuition and she (my wife) does pay all of expenses at school and does that without going into any debt.

There also may be some opportunity in Mountain Home (central AR) and some of the small towns around it but I don't know that market very well so would only suggest that you look into it closer.
