While it's different from outright ownership, many investors still see value in Bali’s real estate market due to its high growth potential, tourism demand, and relatively affordable prices compared to Western markets.Actually there is some flexibility that you can own a as a foreigners, the solution on it is by owning a company and put the property under the company name.

I purchased a property in Western New York that includes a small 1,200 sq. ft. local Post Office. 

In many of the western states, the Feds own 60-80% of the total land.But in answer to the original question, I don't see it helping, we don't need housing where most Fed land is.....

Real auctions are so NOT for new investors or most investors or any outside the window looking in. wow that one I have not heard but I am not keen on East coast foreclosures I like Ohio OK and IN  but PA NJ NC  those states are just way to complicated for me..

Augustine and Daytona beach area...pretty much the entire state along the coast could be option for you.

They are very big on east coast but started to expand into the west coast.

It’s one of the tallest and most respected cliffs on the east coast and people drive from far away to climb there.

I positioned mine near Case Western Reserve University and the hospital system, and that has been a major advantage.
