I spoke with a sales rep from the Propstream team and they said that their sale price estimates (for non MLS users) are usually within 1% accuracy, but they didn't provide any way to verify that claim.

If someone comes by after that and books a 2star property expecting 5star service, that's their fault.They are trying to turn in to AirBnb… If they want to do that, at least improve on the interface/user experience.

Although we list our MTRs on Furnished Finder, most of their users are traveling nurses, making it harder to rent out our larger properties.
