@Benjamin LovingerI have been successful on this for both directions (listings and purchases) and I find that posing the options simultaneously in an unbiased light is the best way.

I work with some of the best TKP across the country- and I am very unbiased because I don't work for 1 specific TK company, I vet out the best ones and work with some awesome teams in about 16 different markets.

Seriously, if an independent, unbiased third party who works FOR THE LENDER is saying you are overpaying, maybe you are!?!?! 

Otherwise, they will screw you for their own compensation.Inspector: You want an unbiased and competent professional that will properly do their job and document it.

@Armel BemmoIt would be tough to get someone that invests in STRs in both markets to give you an accurate unbiased opinion.I'll just let you know about Nashville as it's my home market.
